My Fitness Philosophy
I believe in the importance of addressing personal fitness through a whole-self system perspective. In this way,, I acknowledge the importance a combined focus on strength, mobility, endurance, nutrition, sleep, and emotional health.
I believe personal fitness is grounded in personal leadership - being in control, taking responsibility, and learning about yourself throughout the process.
Each individual knows best what their body needs to feel and perform at its best, and as a coach my job is provide you with the tools to facilitate this and to help you discover and learn to lead yourself to ultimate fitness and performance.
