I believe in the importance of addressing personal fitness through a whole-self system perspective. By this, I acknowledge the importance of all aspects coming together in terms of strength, mobility, endurance, nutrition, sleep, and emotional health.
I believe personal fitness is grounded in personal leadership - being in control, taking responsibility, and learning about self throughout the process.
